Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EdenNova GmbH, Marderweg 14, 65933 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, hello@edenblau.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We kindly ask you to use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obligated to refund to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You are required to return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30 day period expires. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
